Worry, who doesn’t worry? It is a normal emotion that we all share in some form, but there are worries that can overtake and cause damage to your mental stability. In Joyce Meyers, newest children’s book When Worry Whispers she explores this with children and teaches them how to take that worry to God and to not let it overtake them completely. It is okay to worry, it is not okay to be so overcome with worry that you stop functioning and helping people and live your life well. The illustrations are gorgeous in this book. Although, I like this book and think it is awesome. I did not like the ending and how abruptly it ended. It needed a more clear ending to the story. I still think a child and their parents when they read it together will still gain valuable insight and time together while reading this story. I still recommend it.
