Not only that they are a reminder to me to take care of my body and soul. This year my focus word is recovery. I am trying to reach remission with my Wegener’s and Trachial Stenosis so that I can keep living well anyway. This is a lifetime process of reaching and staying in remission. These bracelets remind me to take care of my body and soul.
