It is only 25 calories and only 2 grams of sugar and 5 grams of carbs and 0 fat and 1 gram of protein and 0 sodium. Just so you know reishi is a mushroom. Yum!

- Ellenos Lemon Curd Greek Yogurt: This yogurt is made in Seattle Washington. I got a coupon to try it. This is one of the flavors. It is a light lemon flavor and the yogurt is smooth and not so tangy.
- Daiya Provolone Sliced Cheese: This is a plant-based cheese. There is no soy at all. It is delicious. I was surprised. It says it melts, it does but not that great in my opinion. It will not make a good toasted cheese sandwich. However, it is good if you are not trying to melt.
- Farm Skin Inc Firming Superfood Salad for Skin Olive Facial Sheet Mask: Feels great on my face and it soothes and cools too.
- Be Plain Cicaful Cooling Gel: I got this sample in one of the Facetory face mask subscription. I liked it. I used it as a moisturizer when I used my jade roller. It feels nice on my face.

- Mint Biology Seaweed Collagen Eye Treatment Masks: I love these. I am so glad that I have a good supply of them. They feel amazing under my eye.
- Live Green Lavender and Chamomile Instant Spa Treatment Face Mask: I am not a fan of this mask. It smells nice. However, it does not stay on the face well and kept falling off. It was annoying.
- Cedarwood Essential Oil: I love woodsy scents. I diffuse this oil daily. It smells wonderful to me.
