I have never seen myself as creative. I do not draw. I do not paint. I do not have unique clothes or dye my hair fun colors. I do not do any of the artistic things and unique things I have associated with being creative to. Reading “Find Your Unicorn Space” by Eve Rodsky got me to re-evaluate what being creative is. I am creative. I am creative in my writing. I am creative in growing my plants and learning about apothecary. I am creative when I take photographs. (I miss my camera and going out on adventures to take pictures) This is a great book if you want to discover your creative self. You can do this as the author did with a group of friends or you can do this by yourself like I did. I used each chapter as a weekly devotional for me to focus on that chapter’s assignment and thoughts. This worked for me. I also journaled a lot while going through this book. Journaling helps me process and make plans. This is one of my favorite self-help books.
