As I have stated before on my blog and reviews, I love historical fiction. “A View Most Glorious” by Regina Scott is no exception to this love. This historical fiction is set in the state I reside, Washington. Coraline climbs Mount Rainer which is about 300 miles from I reside in Vancouver Washington. Mount Rainer is gorgeous, and the way Scott describes it and proceeds to tell the story surrounding this woman and her trek up the mountain is gorgeous. I enjoyed reading this story. This book was perfect for the painful nights I have been having with my breathing challenges and my pain. I was able to take my mind off of my obstacles and focus on Coraline’s obstacles up a mountain.
