When I read the synopsis of Once There Were Wolves by Charlotte McConaghy it intrigued me. A woman moves to Scotland with her sister to help reassigned wolves. It is a mystery; it is a great description about wolves and the problems of conservatory for them but is also a great mystery of sisters and how the bond of being sister shapes us. I love this book is centered around two sisters helping each other. You don’t get the in depth of the help until the last few chapters to understand why the characters are like they are, but it was a fun read to learn about wolves and Scotland. I have always wanted to go to Scotland. I hope to one day. I love animals too. Wolves are gorgeous creatures, and this book showcases them well. I enjoyed getting lost in this story.
