Confidence, I struggle with having confidence in my life. I second guess myself all the time. In Michelle Charles Gustafson’s book Show Up Confident she takes you on a journey with yourself to find confidence.

One section that spoke to me is at the end of this book where she talks about how our clothes represent us. She says women who wear all black all the time and are afraid of wearing colors are hiding and do not feel safe and secure. I asked a couple of women that I love this question and they confirmed what Gustafson said. That made me think. There are a lot of great journaling prompts to guide you to regaining and building confidence.

This short book is full of great advice on building confidence and your self-esteem.
