Encouragement is something we all need. I know I need it especially when I am facing some challenging moments in my medical journey. Victoria Osteen’s newest book Encouragement for an Exceptional Life is a book that gives you encouragement to keep trucking on. This tiny book would make a great gift to give as a gift to a woman who is struggling in her life, whether a mother, aunt, friend, or a chronically ill friend. This tiny book is chalk full of Biblical encouragement. I am not normally an Osteen fan, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I did not get a yucky feeling in the pit of my stomach when I read her book. I did not feel like she was being fake and not authentic. That is a good thing.
