Journaling is a tool I use in my healing. I can express my emotions freely without fear of judgment. I have journaled throughout my healing journey the last ten years. I was excited when I received the Daily Mindfulness Journal from Ellie Claire. Although, this journal is not a spiral journal it is still beautiful. There are quotes throughout the journal to help you write. It has lined paper and colorful pages. It is soft bound.

In my opinion, anyone with a chronic illness who journals would love this one. It is a great tool to keep track of your symptoms and emotions. It is also a great place to keep track of your meditations too.
