I love to read. I like to read while I am taking a hot bath. I especially love reading novels while soaking in the tub. I read in three soak Lisa Harris’ newest novel “The Escape”.
I love reading mysteries and crime novels and “The Escape” is one of those and it does not disappoint at all. This is part of her new series the US Marshalls. This book is well written and riveting with the storyline and I was easily hooked. I had a hard time putting this book down once I got started.
I use reading as a way for me to not think about the pain I am in. I love reading stories that have strong women characters whether they are crime fighters or historical figures they are strong and authentic. Harris’ character Madison is definitely a strong and authentic woman.
