I haven’t read a children’s book in a long time so when I was offered to review a copy I said why not. I’m glad I did. I enjoyed watching Veggie Tales with my nieces and nephews when they  were smaller and I am looking forward to when they start having children of their now that they are older. God Made Me by Hannah C. Hall is going to be a book that I will happily read to them. Clive and Ian are such cute characters. I love how simple the story is and how uncomplicated they are. I also love that there is a Biblical and Identity theme to the story. And Yes, Ian, pancakes are delicious.

Another thing that I love is how thick the pages to the book is. A toddler wouldn’t be able to tear the pages out of it and it will be easy to clean off when they spill things on it. I hope you will give this book to the children in your life. It would make a great gift at a baby shower or a small child’s birthday party or perhaps, a just because I love you gift.
