I found another book that I had a hard time putting down once I started reading. It is called Dead Sea Rising by Jerry B. Jenkins. I’m looking forward to when book two in the series comes out sometime in 2019.
I find reading a helpful tool in dealing with my pain from my subglottic stenosis, Wegener’s, and RA. That is why I choose fiction to read when I need something other than self-help books to focus on instead of the severe joint or nerve pain I’m experiencing.
Jenkin’s does a superb job of going between two different stories one modern day and one in the Biblical past. I’m not going to ruin the discover of the two stories for you, however, I will share that they are both excellent and somehow connect. I am not exactly sure yet, but I am sure in the next book or series of books we will discover how they are connected. I love mysteries and digging into the past.
