Eating well has always been a challenge for me. I have always fought weight issues and since I have some health challenges it is even more challenging. That is why I started getting interested in Keto and Paleo eating. Because I heard testimonies of others that have been successful. That is why I started scouring my libraries shelves for Keto and Paleo cookbooks so that I would be inspired to cook yummy food that was good for me too. One of the cookbooks that I am loving right now is Craveable Keto by Kyndra D. Holley. Not only is she a fellow Washingtonian, but she is real with her weight issues and her failures and she is creative with food. You can see her creativity and love of food in each picture of recipe she shares.
I feel confident in sharing her cookbook with the clients of Wellness Works NW who have chosen to eat the keto way. One section of her book is for drinking alcohol. If you want to enjoy a beer or drink while eating Keto, you can smartly. She has a guide for you to follow.
This is a cookbook that I will go back to time and again as I eat well for my health and weight loss.
