Reading KariAnne’s book “So Close to Amazing” made me look at my home with new eyes and appreciation. I cried, laughed, oohed and awed, and admired all Wood’s creativity and ingenuity with her do it yourself projects. I love that after each chapter she has instructions for those daring to do their project.
I love Wood’s writing style, simple, but yet elegant. It was upbeat and soul-searching everything I look for in a non-fiction book. The best part for me was feeling inspired to listen closely to the direction of God. To see where God could lead me on my adventures and to approach my home environment with simple appreciation and projects that make it comfortable for me.
