I love cookbooks. I know, I have said this many times on my blog. That is why I read them a lot. I love being inspired to cook healthy meals for myself and perhaps someday for my own family.
“The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook” by Tom Malterre and Alissa Segersten has a ton of interesting recipes. Some of the recipes seem a bit strange, but after I got over the strangeness it got my curiosity and I know I will be trying it out for myself.
There is a lot of health information. All I know is that I made a vow to stop reading diet books, because I was confusing myself. There is a lot of information out there and it weighs down my mind. I have decided I will follow my own path and see where it leads me. All I know is that eating more vegetables, drinking a ton of water, and not eating the convenient junk food is my best bet. It works for me. I do like to explore different types of food and combinations of food and this book has that. That is one of many that I love about it. I hope you choose to pick this book up and get inspired.
