JJ Virgin’s cookbook “The Virgin Diet Cookbook” is full of recipes that do not include gluten, eggs, dairy of any kind, and are full of nutritious ideas. The smoothie section is what intrigued me the most. I am not a breakfast eater and I have a hard time getting myself up and eat breakfast first thing in the morning. A smoothie would be the best ideal for me, but finding the right protein powder that doesn’t have a lot of sugar or high fructose corn syrup is a pain in the butt.
As usual, I got some great ideas and now it is time to implement them in my own healing journey.
