I remember watching Blossom in the 90’s I was a teenager back then and this young woman is simply amazing with her studies of neuroscience and an acting career and being a mom and now being a cookbook author.
I enjoyed looking through the recipes and a few of them I will actually try.
I am exploring recipes and my options as I am taking on a new eating lifestyle due to my illness. This book opened up eating more plant based meals, which I will slowly move towards as I walk through 2014.
I love the simplicity of many of the recipes and the fact that Mayim remakes many of her family’s unhealthy classics into something healthy so she and her family can still enjoy the traditions of home.
