I love flipping through cookbooks to get new Ideas. “Miraval’s sweet” did just that. I have been curious about all the different types of flours for baking, almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut flour and in this book you get different ideas in how to use these types of flours and the different types of sweeteners. There are not just desserts in this book; there are bread recipes and even some savory recipes to try out. The pictures and the passion for food is evident in every single picture and recipes and descriptions on how to cook these yummy foods.
My desire to someday go to the Miraval Spa in Arizona keeps getting bigger and bigger with every book I read on this place. Someday I will get to go there and experience this spa and the cuisine.
